A SMILE ON CAMERA!

We did it! We captured the smile on film. Jack smiles all the time, but he gets very upset every time we get the camera out. We've heard similiar things from other families. We were in a Thai restaurant on Shamian Island near the White Swan hotel.

Hi Mom, It's Hunter. I just wanted to know if I could go to flag football instead of chess club on Thursdays because my friends are playing flag football. I need to sign up this week. Thank you, Hunter.

What a wonderful smile! Jack is so handsome when he is smiling! I am so glad you were able to visit his village and receive the wonderful gift of a glimpse of his life in China and possibly foster parents too. A village who loved your son. Oh what we would have given to have met Kole's foster family and seen the foster village.

Shannon,

It was a good experience as we look back on it. I can tell you it was very stressful at the time, but I am definitely glad to have the story. I have plenty of questions I would have liked to have asked his foster parents! Now that your son is talking , does he tell you anything about his time in China?
