Playtime

Every day just seems better than the next. We're so grateful to have Jack as part of our family. It feels like he's been here for years. We're actually on the eve of our one month anniversary. We've learned so much about Jack. We know the meaning of his little noises and his non-verbal gesturing. I can't wait to find out what his surgery will hold. I know his bravery and our love will give him the strength to do just about anything he needs.

Lee-anne,

Thanks we think so. We really appreciated hearing from you during the trip. It feels so good to know you have support in the US when you are sooooo far from home.

Caroline,
Olivia and I just love the pictures of Jack! She gets so excited every time she sees his picture and shrieks, "Nong Ga!!"

We miss you guys and wish we lived closer so we could get the kids together. They were the first "family" for each other and are like brother and sister...

We've got an empty guest room and an open invitation whenever you're up for visiting the Windy City :)

Karyn,

He does that same thing with both Olivia and Emily. They were and always will be connected to each other, just like our families are.

We've never been to Chicago, but I think we'll wait until you stop wearing long sleeves. We Floridians have thin blood.

Love,

Caroline
