My mother helped me pack the suitcase to the overweight total of 65lbs. One suitcase for Jack and I. I hope my willingness to pay the overage charge will be fine for China Southern Airlines. We are fine with our travel from Orlando to Guangzhou because we are flying over business/first class which gives a greater weight allowance. Craig's suitcase came in at 54lbs. Sounds great until you remember that he packed for just himself in that suitcase...and one pack of Jack's pull-ups (just in case).
